Clare Foges[edit]

Hi User:Endrabcwizart I respectfully disagree with your assessment that Clare Foges isn't a suitable topic for main space. If you look at WP:ANYBIO you'll see that there are additional criteria for living subjects. These additional criteria are;

1. The person has received a well-known and significant award or honor, or has been nominated for such an award several times; or

2. The person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in a specific field;[8] or

3. The person has an entry in a country's standard national biographical dictionary (e.g. the Dictionary of National Biography).

This individual has written extensively for The Times which is the enduring historical record for Great Britain. They were David Cameron's speech writer. Oh and they're an OBE recipient which while not the highest accolade in British Society is certainly not insignificant.

In terms of general notability. It's wrong to assume that just because an editor hasn't included all available secondary sources in their initial stub-upload that no secondary sources exist. I accept that many of the sources available for this subject appear in deprecated source. However, the Evening Standard covered here OBE. Granted, George Osbourne was the editor of the standard at the time of publication but it's our job as editors to recognise epistemic bias and reinterpret partisan press from a WP:NPOV.

A quick bit of Googling show's that the BBC of all sources featured her on Woman's Hour. That's quite a significant bit of coverage and some editors might say that's enough to satisfy the general notability aspect WP:ANYBIO.

Oh and the major publishing house Faber and Faber published her book.

Plus, and I know this is a bit off topic but female subjects like this one are still under-represented on Wikipedia and it's our responsibility as editors to address that epistemic bias.

Thanks for reading.Expressive101 (talk) 09:03, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

There was a misunderstanding, you mistakenly gave my article the status of "draft". I was about to start adding information, but you mistakenly gave my article this status. I ask you to fix this as soon as possible, please.Ardash Moghul (talk) 19:20, 2 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Kindly ensure that you adhere to the AFC guidelines when submitting your draft article. We recommend that you always begin by creating a draft article before publishing a new one.Endrabcwizart (talk) 09:03, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]

Information icon Hello, Endrabcwizart. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. This is a follow up from the prior inquiries left by Onel5969 regarding potential conflicts of interest with the subjects of drafts you have submitted. signed, Rosguill talk 17:41, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback granted[edit]

Hi Endrabcwizart. After reviewing your request, I have temporarily enabled rollback on your account until 2023-04-02. Please keep the following things in mind while using rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle or RedWarn.
  • Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
  • Rollback should never be used to edit war.
  • If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
  • Use common sense.

If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into trouble or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 21:09, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Rollback granted[edit]

Hi Endrabcwizart. After reviewing your request, I have temporarily enabled rollback on your account until 2023-06-05.

Moushumi Kandali[edit]

+rollback[edit]

Hi Endrabcwizart,

After reviewing your request, I have added your account to the rollback group. Keep in mind these things when using rollback:

  • Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
  • Users should be informed (or warned) after their edits have been reverted. If warnings repeatedly don't help, WP:ANI is the default place to go. In cases of very clear ongoing intentional damage to the encyclopedia, WP:AIV can be used.
  • Reverting someone's edits may confuse or upset them. Whenever other users message you on your talk page, please take the time to respond to their concerns; accountability is important. For most users who message you, the tone and quality of your answer will permanently influence their opinion about Wikipedia in general.
  • Because the plain default rollback link does not provide any explanatory edit summary, it must not be used to revert good faith contributions, even if these contributions are disruptive. Take the time to write a proper summary whenever you're dealing with a lack of neutrality or verifiability; a short explanation like "[[WP:NPOV|not neutral]]" or "[[WP:INTREF|Please provide a citation]]" is helpful.
  • Rollback may never be used to edit war, which you'll notice to be surprisingly tempting in genuine content disputes. Please especially keep the three-revert rule in mind. If you see others edit warring, please file a report at WP:ANEW. The most helpful essay I've ever seen is WP:DISCFAIL; it is especially important for those who review content regularly.
  • If you encounter private information or threats of physical harm during your patrols, please quickly use Special:EmailUser/Oversight or Special:EmailUser/Emergency; ideally bookmark these pages now. See WP:OS and WP:EMERGENCY for details. If you're regularly patrolling recent changes, you will need both contacts sooner or later, and you'll be happy about the bookmarks.

To try rollback for the first time, you may like to make an edit to WP:Sandbox, and another one, and another one, and then revert the row with one click. I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into trouble or have any questions about rollback. Thank you for your time and work in cleaning up Wikipedia. Happy editing!

Best regards,
~ ToBeFree (talk) 11:33, 5 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Draftify[edit]

As noted at your PERM request, please make sure you follow WP:DRAFTIFY, WP:DRAFTOBJECT and related guidelines when moving articles to draftspace. – Joe (talk) 06:07, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your valuable advice and suggestions, I will take your input into careful consideration.Endrabcwizart (talk) 16:53, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

AfD closing[edit]

Please do not close AfDs you started or have participated in, as you did at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Oatside, even if the outcome seems clear. Curbon7 (talk) 21:02, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I would additionally recommend that you stop draftifying in general, as some of your recent draftifications (such as Barbara Imiołczyk) have been less-than-ideal and some of the articles you have created have notability concerns. Curbon7 (talk) 21:07, 15 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your suggestion, and I apologize if any errors were present in my contribution. I consistently strive to align my contributions with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Your suggestion encourages me for deep research before taking any action. Thank you. Endrabcwizart (talk) 13:06, 16 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:56, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

May 2024[edit]

Information icon
Hello Endrabcwizart. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Endrabcwizart. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Endrabcwizart|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS💬 06:24, 7 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your attention.
I want to clearly mention that there is no paid advocacy or conflict of interest (COI). I assume that the reason for the matter was that the maximum of my contribution was creating a new article. I have no knowledge of existing articles on Wikipedia, so I don't contribute any other articles. I think that the creation of a new article is not a COI because if any one article does not follow Wikipedia policy and guidelines or is not ready for mainspace, any reviewer or contributor has the right to take action according to the article condition (e.g., redirect, draft, mention issue). I accept that all of my work is never 100% perfect; it totally depends on my experience and knowledge. And, at last, I disagree with the statement COI and paid edit because all of my contributions are not unrefrenced and are not my original research.thankyou Endrabcwizart (talk) 14:25, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
  Endrabcwizart (talk) 14:25, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for addressing my query. I'm interested to understand if you have any personal connections with the individuals you've written about. Have you interacted with them directly or contacted them regarding their articles? GSS💬 15:10, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your draft article, Draft:Urgen Dong[edit]

Hello, Endrabcwizart. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Urgen Dong".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 18:07, 8 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
