Contested deletion[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because that would be an outrageous abuse by Wikipedia of their platform to share information. Wikipedia should not simply favour some people and not others and should not discriminate on the basis of class, race, culture or The page Dr David Gallagher tells accurately the biographical history of Dr David Gallagher who has legal rights to self expressionand is a record of an important person, who has contributed to the canon of a German Literature.

Wikipedia publishes many pages from Academics at Oxford and Cambridge, so why is my page being singled out for speedy deletion? I am presently a translator and contribute greatly to the world community and also through charitable works.

If editing is required I will accept this, but I object in the strongest possible terms to an administrator speedily deleting my page for no valid reason.

There are footnotes and references on my webpages which support its veracity.

Drafts are evaluated based on the references in the article. No reviewer will look at a webpage about the topic as part of the evaluation. Furthermore, referencing what a person has written adds little to Wikipedia's concept of notability. Rather, what counts is what other people have written about the subject. Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you.
