Sakura Miyawaki[edit]

Please do not change the main article image at Sakura Miyawaki without discussing first. We have set up a discussion at Talk:Sakura Miyawaki where you can participate and discuss why you want to change the image. lullabying (talk) 05:02, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding your message: you are still not discussing at Talk:Sakura Miyawaki and changing the article image anyway. This is going against WP:CONSENSUS.
Furthermore, I fail to see how the image is "attacking" her anyway. This image shows her face clearly, is the most recent, and is also free. You are continuing to replace the image with pictures that are either copyright, old, or don't show her face clearly. But regardless of my opinion, you need to post at Talk:Sakura Miyawaki before changing the image so that other editors can discuss this too. lullabying (talk) 05:17, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Please discuss this on Talk:Sakura Miyawaki, not my talk page. Plus, changing the image on the grounds that it's "helping her haters" isn't really a valid reason why the image should be changed. We can't exactly change an image (especially to an older image) on the grounds that you don't like it. Find a new free image that's more recent and then we can consider it. lullabying (talk) 05:34, 28 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Why are there other pictures that fans don't like and annoy?

Your recent editing history at Sakura Miyawaki shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
