Please help me with...

This is my account and I am not able to get in my user name is User:Fredia gibbs.  All we would like to do is upload an images of Fredia Gibbs.

If you don't remember the password to your old account and have not set an email address for password recovery (or don't have access to that email address any more, there is no way to regain access to your old account. You will have to abandon the old account and should request a change of username for this account via Special:GlobalRenameRequest. As the note above says, the current username runs afoul of the username policy. While User:Fredia gibbs is of course taken, User:Fredia Gibbs is still available, for example. You should note in the comment you can leave with the name change request that the other is also yours but that you can no longer access it. Please also note that you should only name your account "Fredia Gibbs" (or "gibbs") if you indeed are Fredia Gibbs; see WP:IMPERSONATION.
