You create a sandbox by simply typing the name of one; in your case, you could type User:C11rjs/sandboxmikemadeforme, then click on the red link and start adding text. When you are ready to preview, click the "Show preview" button; if it's ready to save, click the "Save page" button.

I wasn't kidding, though; don't try to recreate X109 internet radio until and unless it becomes famous, which strikes me as incredibly unlikely. We don't take kindly to, "Hey, fans!
