Welcome back!

Good to see you

Shrike (talk) 04:53, 8 May 2017 (UTC)

Thanks, though I never really left and am not really back. I edit sporadically now since I was reassigned by the Mossad. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 00:47, 9 May 2017 (UTC)

Please self-revert your restoration of contested material to Marwan Barghouti. Under a change to WP:ARBPIA enacted by ArbCom in December, you cannot restore it until there is consensus for its restoration. Please see Template:ArbCom Arab-Israeli enforcement, which appears on Talk:Marwan Barghouti and says "Editors are required to obtain consensus through discussion before restoring a reverted edit." Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 03:13, 8 May 2017 (UTC)

I was not aware of the new rule - thank you so much for letting me know. I will self revert. The problem with the new rule as I see it is that it can be brandished disingenuously by editors when they simply WP:IDONTLIKEIT. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 03:28, 8 May 2017 (UTC)
There are many problems with the rule, but—like most thing in life—you learn to adapt to them.
Please re-read WP:Consensus to refresh your memory. Taking into account only the views of three like-minded editors who replied within the first five hours is not "establishing consensus". Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 02:45, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
Malik thanks a lot for the life lesson. On whether there is a consensus we'll agree to disagree. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 13:53, 9 May 2017 (UTC)
