I think you are probably right about it being "by far the most common name", although surprised you did not raise for discussion at the Talk Page first. The lede has "now the Psychopathy Checklist—revised (PCL-R)". Should it also have something like "also known as... " or "previously known as the Hare Psychopathy Checklist"? Thanks.
