A conflict of interest (see WP:COI) needs to be declared on your User page. Editors with a COI are allowed to create and submit drafts via the AfC process (see WP:YFA). A cadre of experienced reviewers select from the backlog of submitted drafts and then either Speedy delete, Reject, Decline or Accept the draft. If Declined, you can revise and resubmit.
