Thank you for your review and the constructive notes. I’m not sure but perhaps he isn’t worthy of an article. He’s been in so many shows and movies recently and he has so many followers on his verified Instagram I just thought he deserved one. Privately, I know that he lost a child a while ago and is pretty low key about interviews and things of that nature because he doesn’t talk about why he left the public eye for so long. The deadline article mentioning him in the cast of The Locksmith and some of the others, those don’t qualify? I guess I figured him being in the public-eye would do it.
thank you again and any further direction would be very much appreciated. AlexandraWade (talk) 22:17, 28 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for sending this. I answered in the treehouse post as well. I don’t know Bourke Floyd, I have met him at events and was in attendance as a fan at the event in which I took those photos but I’ve never communicated with him outside of that time and a fan convention I attended. I like his work and what he seems to stand for but I understand that being a fan doesn’t make him notable by Wikipedia standards. Having said that, I did attempt to write the article in a completely neutral base stating only the work for which he is credited and with no tilt towards how I feel about that work. I would hope that the article was declined on the basis of the subject not qualifying as notable and not on the basis of a conflict of interest since I do not know him personally.
