December 2015[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source, so I removed it. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Materialscientist (talk) 21:24, 3 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Stiletto heel. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been or will be undone. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 16:30, 27 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

February 2017[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to Andy Jacobs, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 11:00, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Federer–Nadal rivalry revert[edit]

Why did you undo the edit to the page? It was sourced and appeared to look good. Sakuura Cartelet Talk 15:37, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Because it's a biased entry, regardless of its being "sourced". Source =/= unbiased. You can find a source to back up any biased opinion on the internet, including the widely held belief among Fed-fans that his 2008 losses were due to mono. This is meant to be Wikipedia, not the unofficial Federer fansite.

March 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Federer–Nadal rivalry. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Wolbo (talk) 17:15, 15 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm KNHaw. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Interserve seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. KNHaw (talk) 00:56, 25 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

March 2023[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to Purple Radio appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you.
