I'm an administrator here and see nothing wrong with QuadriSyedSahab's userpage as far as Wikipedia is concerned. Wikipedia articles are WP:NOTCENSORED, and neither are userpages unless they overstep the bounds of our WP:USERPAGE policies. You are not permitted to WP:HARASS any other user because of your personal views. If you feel sanctions do need to be taken for serious misbehaviour (and not because of your personal beliefs) you may report those users at WP:ANI.
