[[Special:Contributions/{{PAGENAME}}]] These magic words/parser parameters provide me with Special:Contributions/माहीतगार is ther any simmiller automatic way that by using magic word/parser parameter, I can refer to some other users other exact previous edit to the edit I do on his talk page.

I am sorry but I cannot understand what exactly you want to do. Do you want to refer someone else to the exact edit you made? You can do so only by using a "diff"-link.
