Reception[edit]

According to Vogue the pieces Sade designs evoke nostalgia for "a bygone era that's hard to place".[1] According to the New York Times they are "an embodiment of a self-assurance often associated with a 'Hot Girl Summer' ", a reference to a song by Megan Thee Stallion.[1] GQ said they “are one-of-a-kind and made in very limited quantities, adding a sense of individualism...[t]hese days in the fashion landscape, that’s extremely desirable.”[1] Sports Illustrated said they "embod[y] a certain nostalgia that we can only describe as elevated earthy".[3]
