To our great, esteemed, and hard-working colleages serving as admins, greetings! 
I have created the nav box below. I believe that we have a sizable number of site maps, pages, and categories that are designed to serve to help editors to find pages which might be useful as primers, introductions, tutorials, etc. Additionally, there are many navboxes intended tos erve as highly useful resources for directing editors to find large groups of useful resources and pages here. However, I felt that with all the different introductory pages that we have, perhaps there is a niche for a navbox which might be helpful to enable both newcomers and experienced editors to see all such pages grouped together, and to find them easily. In addition, I tried to provide a useful and convenient set of links to some of the basic policies and concepts here.
I welcome any feedback on this. I posted this at Village Pump as well for any insights. I have already posted this at some Wikipedia pages, so I thought perhaps I might post a message here, asking for any feedback that might be desired by this estimable community. thanks
