Legislation on police conduct in the United States refers to laws and regulations enacted by governments at the federal, state and local levels in the United States, in regards to conduct and procedures for police departments throughout the state.

In the wake of societal issues about police conduct in the 2020s, relating to high-profile cases such as the George Floyd incident, and the growth of Black Lives Matter, this issue grew dramatically in importance in regard to public concerns and policy measures.
