Isamailzai is a sub clan of tarkanri pashtoon tribe mainly based in Miadan and Barawal of district Dir khyberpukhtunkhwa pakistan.tarkanri or Tarkanlani tribe Originaly hailed from Qandahar afghanistan.although some poeple refer to laghman afghanistan but they once ruled there having there own free state thats all.
