lil2BNIO is an alternative account of User:lol1VNIO. The username of this account is deemed as a reference to lol1VNIO's Discord username. As stated above, there will be no more edits made by this account other than the creation of the user page itself.
The reason that this account is legitimate does not match any examples at Wikipedia:Sockpuppetry § Legitimate uses—I personally don't think the similarities are slim enough to be called a Doppelgänger—but rather because it will not be used to "mislead, deceive, disrupt[,] undermine consensus"; nor will it be used to "create the illusion of greater support for a position; to stir up controversy; or to circumvent a block, ban, or sanction."[1]
