Tristan Telen[edit]

Tristan "Wolf" C. Telen is a Filipino businessman, realtor and a licensed Real Estate Broker from the City of Butuan in the Philippines. He is the founder and the CEO of Wolf Lands Realty Firm OP Corp and Board of Director of Top Gun Practical Shooting Range. He was the first one to create housing cooperative in Butuan City.

He took his Bachelor of Science in Accounting Management at Father Saturnino Urios University, Butuan City and his post graduate studies of Masters in Public Administration, Masters in Urban and Environmental Planning at Philippine Christian University, Manila; Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling at Holy Child Colleges of Butuan, Butuan City; and a doctorate degree of Doctor in Philosophy major in Business Administration and Management at Royal British College of United Kingdom.

In corporate matters, he is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Wolf Lands Realty Firm OPC, a real estate company based in Butuan City that provides variety of real estate services in the Philippines.[1]

In military service, he is an officer in the 721st Naval Reserve Squadron who actively participates in civic-military operations and naval activities and promotes citizen responsibility among the society in the matters of national security.

In public service, he is an Assistant Regional Director in the Department of Social Welfare and Development - Caraga Regional Office.[2][3] He pursues his on-going study of Doctor of Philosophy major in Public Governance at Philippine Christian University, Manila. He is an advocate of housing for all Filipinos and believes in resilient housing for everyone where a housing provides not only just a shelter but also sense of security, peace of mind and dignity.
