My name is Josh and as my username "Ilovetotravel12345" suggests, I LOVE to travel!
I also really love to help people.
So, to combine the two, I joined Wikipedia with the intent of helping to edit, update and provide more information for pages on Wikipedia related to travel.
I'm pretty experienced in the world of travel. I've visited more than 50 countries, but I'm on a slow and steady mission to visit every country in the world. To consider a country "visited", I stay there for at least one week.
But most of the time, I fall in love with a country and stay for much longer, which is why I'm going slow and steady instead of rushing through countries for the sake of a number.
Outside of travelling, I also enjoy football so I update articles about sports from time to time too. I studied Sport Science at university before dropping out to travel.
What I like to do on Wikipedia[edit]
For some reason, I really enjoy finding references and citations. I know most people hate doing this so I'm happy to come in and tidy up articles that need a bit more referencing. I'm happy to do the dirty work, per se.
When I'm looking for something which doesn't require much thinking, I like to find lists and make sure they are included in the "See also" sections of each article on the list.
