Ilya Degtev is a 21 year old from Boston, MA. He is a junior at Tufts University in Medford/Somerville and is majoring in History. Only recently joining the Wikipedia community, he has so far created the Akaza Research article. His hobbies include the usual college lifestyle, nature hikes, LOST, anything having to do with technology, and heavy historical reading. He is originally from Archangelsk, Russia and immigrated to the United States in 1998,when he was ten years old.
