- Contested closures apply to well-attended discussions, not threads that have received 0 comments. The thread in question was not, as you state, about
why the book is notable
but about whether the source can be considered independent because it is by the grandson of the subject, while also noting that the book had been published by a reputable publisher and favourably received by scholarly publications.
