I am a freelance writer/journalist eager to expand my horizons and gain more knowledge from the World of Wiki. I hope to refine my writing style whilst acquainting myself with the editing processes pertinent to an online, democratic encyclopedia.

My passion for words and language encouraged me to go down the humanities route at university, where I attained a 1st class honours in English Literature (BA.) However, my academic interests aren't necessarily exclusive to arts. I often find myself delving into scientific disciplines and now want to forge a career in Health, specifically Psychology and Sexual Health (the two being interrelated.)

After writing for a few 'cognitive enhancement' publications, I want to get more tangible knowledge relating to specific disorders and diseases so that I can push forward in my career.

Wikipedia is the perfect platform where I can combine my two loves: writing and Science.
