Template talk:Lang-ug3

I was wanting to edit this template so that it wouldn't show {{{3}}} when that parameter is left blank (as it did at Urumqi), but it's fully protected. Could an admin paste the code below into the template? (It's the same as what's there already, just with one #if: statement added.)

[[Uyghur language|Uyghur]]: <span lang="ug" style="font-size: 135%">{{{1}}}</span>‎, <span lang="ug">''{{{2}}}''</span>{{#if:{{{3|}}}|, <span lang="ug">{{unicode|''{{{3}}}''}}</span>}}<noinclude>
{{pp-template|small=yes}}

<br>
Usage:

{{lang-ug3|1|2}}

where
* 1 - name in Uyghur Arabic Script
* 2 - name in [[Uyghur Latin Yéziqi]]
* 3 - ''(optional)'' name in Yengi Yeziķ
</noinclude>

 Done I hope you know what you're doing :) Gatoclass (talk) 17:16, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You've still got a comma after the two. And it looks kind of weird with three fields and only two parameters. Don't you think maybe you should add a bit more explanation? Gatoclass (talk) 17:17, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oops...good catch. The comma and space should be within the if statement; I edited the code above so you can paste it in. Also, I tweaked the instructions underneath to clarify that the 3rd parameter is now optional. (There's no point making the second parameter optional, as then this would be redundant with {{lang-ug}}.) rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 17:26, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You've still got a hanging comma after the "2" in the "Usage" section. Can you fix that? Gatoclass (talk) 17:29, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see it there anymore; I imagine it was just taking the servers a couple minutes to purge the page. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 17:58, 27 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
