@Coffeeandcrumbs and Yoninah: The current ALT1a is not accurate. The line that was replaced was not a light rail line; it was the Washington Street Elevated which was a metro line. Can the latter part of the hook be modified to ...owing to their poor service compared to the elevated metro line they replaced?
