... that Tibs the Great was the British Post Office's "number one cat" for 14 years?- ALT1 ... that Tibs the Great vanquished all his foes during his 14-year reign?

Article is interesting, new enough and long enough, with some good references, but a) the hook itself is not cited, particularly the "number one cat" part; b) there are still maintenance templates indicating that the article is under expansion; and c) there should be at least one reference pro section, and the Early life section is lacking one.
