The hook fact is interesting and verifiable from the source, the nomination is timely, and the article meets the size requirements. - @Launchballer: Given that the notability tag would mean this nomination won't be resolved either way anytime soon, my suggestion would be to bring the article to AFD so that a consensus can be reached and the fate of the nomination can be determined.
