Nicole Kidman filmography[edit]

Nicole Kidman at the 2001 Cannes Film Festival

  • This is a really impressive list article - it's obvious that a lot of work has gone into it. The prose portion is long enough and new enough, and the sourcing is comprehensive and reliable. The only small beef I have with this nomination is that the hook makes it appear that the article is about Kidman herself rather than her filmography, which I felt was initially misleading. I'd suggest an alternative hook that makes the filmographical (is that a word?) aspect clearer, perhaps along the lines of the following. Prioryman (talk) 18:56, 19 April 2015 (UTC)
@Prioryman: Thanks for the compliments. I've actually used similar piping in my previous three actress filmographies DYKs for Sandra Bullock, Amy Adams, Julia Roberts. I think it's okay as the fact is related to films so a link to her filmography wouldn't be that far off. ALT1 could actually be potentially more misleading as this isn't a subarticle which analyzes in depth her film career which the reader may think it is based on the hook. By DYK rules, the piped link should be OK. --ThaddeusB (talk) 04:14, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
OK, in that case I'm content to go with the original proposed hook. Prioryman (talk) 22:21, 20 April 2015 (UTC)
