General: Article is new enough and long enough
Policy: Article is sourced, neutral, and free of copyright problems
Hook: Hook has been verified by provided inline citation
QPQ: Done.

Overall: Article meets eligibility criteria. 5x expanded. Length criteria is met. Article is well sourced and is neutral in tone. Earwig's copyvio indicates no plagiarism. Hook is interested. It is sourced. No issues there. Would be good to have the statement used as-is in the article. Something for the nominator to consider. But, I am good with or without that. Will close this once QPQ is done. Ktin (talk) 05:23, 19 November 2021 (UTC)

@Ktin: Added a QPQ and modified the hook and article a bit. SounderBruce 06:00, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
  • @SounderBruce: QPQ done. The new hook ALT1 seems to be covered by the source, but, seems to be weirdly worded at the source. Essentially, the paragraph starts "So are the..." and "So is the ..." assuming this ties back to the previous paragraph where it says "The girls and the fountains are the work of Italian artisans." Marking this hook approved. Ktin (talk) 00:16, 22 November 2021 (UTC)
