Integral bridge[edit]
- ... that integral bridges do not have movement joints? "Integral bridges can be defined as bridges without joints. They span from one abutment, over intermediate supports to the other abutment without any movement joint in the deck"
- ALT1:... that masonry arch bridges were an early form of integral bridge? "Integral bridges are not new, masonry arches being a typical early example"

- Comment: I couldn't find a good image of an integral bridge abutment on Commons, I have put several sketches in the article but they are probably not that interesting.

Article is new and original, is long enough and not a stub. There appears to be no copy violation. The hooks are both sourced to reliable citations and are short enough. I personally prefer the first hook.DavidCane (talk) 22:21, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
- Cheers DavidCane. I have added a new ref to support this (to the Irish version of BA42 which effectively replaces all references to the UK with Ireland). I have yet to do the QPQ for this nom, I will try to do one shortly - Dumelow (talk) 00:47, 14 February 2018 (UTC)
