Ernest Melville DuPorte[edit]

Created/expanded by Mindmatrix (talk). Nominated by LlamaAl (talk) at 01:30, 27 January 2013 (UTC)

  • The article is long enough and only a day old. It is properly referenced, including the hooks. The image, however, is copyrighted so I cannot approve this nomination. I would suggest dropping the image and considering possible alternative hooks (though there is nothing wrong with the already propose ones): Surtsicna (talk) 02:20, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
  • I've removed the image, per request. Mindmatrix 03:02, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
Of the four new ones, I find ALT8 to be the hookiest. It sounds just as hooky as ALT4. If it were up to me, I would pick one of those two. What do you think? Surtsicna (talk) 03:17, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
I've struck the original, as alternates cover the same material. I think ALT3 and ALT5 are probably too dull as hooks for the average reader. I think you're right about ALT4 or ALT8 being the top choices. Mindmatrix 14:20, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
I also support ALT4. --LlamaAl (talk) 15:42, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
