This is the {{Consensus}} message box.

This template can be used on talk pages to introduce discussions about a page or topic for which the objective is to reach consensus.

Usage[edit]

This template takes a single parameter: the text that is to be displayed in the message box.

 {{Consensus |[Place text here]}}

produces:

[Place text here]

If you are including a URL in your text, you must supply the parameter |1=.

{{Consensus|1=This message includes a URL. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template:Consensus/doc&action=submit]}}

produces:

This message includes a URL. [1]

Otherwise you'll get this;
