I believe Deanna Baker, Miss May 1972, was the first Playboy Playmate to appear in Penthouse, in August 1977, as Rebecca Davenport. Refer to: venusobservations.com Ms. Baker became alienated from Playboy as a result of her appearance in Penthouse. This is all anecdotal. The author of venusobservations.com also mentions Ursula Buchfellner as having appeared in Penthouse after her Playmate pictorial.
