How can a stichting (foundation) also be a Besloten Vennootschap? Why would this be called Stichting + foundation? That makes no sense, certainly not since it is actually called "Inter Ikea Systems b.v.".
Not a Swedish, but a Dutch Corporation[edit]

Ingvar no longer chairman[edit]
