Sourcing[edit]

I noticed that for the player's career history the sources are all fan sites. My current understanding of source reliabilty is that these are poor sources and that for biographies of living persons the standards for source reliability should be fairly high and that unverifiable infomation should be removed quickly.

@WikiDan61: I was wondering if you had any suggestions on a better way to improve this page? I was considering removing the citations which are fan sites and marking the content as in need of citations to allow time for finding better sources before removing the content.

@OneMillionGuineaPigs: Surely there are more professional football statistics sites one could find to verify these statistics? I don't know that I would remove existing sourcing until better can be found, but I suppose that's one option. WikiDan61^ChatMe!_ReadMe!! 16:18, 3 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
