BuzzWoof (talk·contribs) questioned (Edit summary: "NOTOC?!?! Pls explain, discussion page.") why I introduced __NOTOC__ in my previous edit. As I wrote in the Edit summary, the article is too short for a Table of Contents — each of the four sections contains one line. Under these circumstances, a Table of Contents is more of a hindrance to the reader than a useful navigation tool. A wholesale reversion, which removed valuable information which I had added, was unnecessary to correct the perceived flaw. I'm going to restore my edit.
