Getting some practice in for the Developing Countries WikiContest. This should be fun! Averageuntitleduser (talk) 19:51, 11 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Well-written[edit]

Lovely article! To begin:

  • Is there some noteworthy difference between the "Kwena" and "Bakwena" titles? If not, I would use the latter consistently.
  • Perhaps link "senior wife".
  • Sebele's father had already allowed Anglicanism to be practiced by the Bakwena — forgive me if I am missing something, but how did this anger the London Missionary Society? They're an interdenominational organization and, well, it's kind of in the name.
  • over the protectorate — perhaps the full "Bechuanaland Protectorate".
  • Upon returning to Ntsweng, — perhaps move this to the end of the sentence to avoid "Ntsweng" seeming like part of the list.
  • but Moruakgomo remained a pretender — this is a pretty passive first mention, perhaps something along the lines of: "which Moruakgomo contradicted, as he had become a prentender".
