Feedback from New Page Review process[edit]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Notes from preliminary new page review. imo this (and other similar articles on neighborhoods in the Winnipeg area should be merged into the city/town (articles) that they are located in. IMO they pretty clearly fail the wp:notability test.
