Vitruvius has not mentioned "opus quadratum", he just mentioned "square stones". He probably had in mind "opus isodomum", not opus quadratum. He mentioned opus isodomum in his 2nd book of De Architectura. Ante Vranković (talk) 02:05, 4 July 2015 (UTC)
