I have literally spent years looking for the title of this film. The memorable song about Maria has been stuck in my head for more than 20 years and I could never find anyone that knew it nor anything online with search. After browsing again I went looking through the list compiled of animated films by year. Imagine how happy I was to finally find this after such a long time looking. I never thought I'd get an answer as to what this was and I'm so happy I'm crying lol. Thank you to everyone who helped gather this information and ending my torment.
