Correction to 'Numis' page[edit]

  • What I think should be changed: Numis is an independent institutional stockbroker and corporate advisor
  • Why it should be changed: Numis is an international investment bank
  • References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button):

Numis has the most UK-listed corporate broking clients in the market.[1]

Average market capitalisation of Numis' corporate client base £1.4bn; includes 57 FTSE 250 and nine FTSE 100 companies.[2]

In the past five years, Numis carried out 36 IPO deals, which, on average, successfully achieved positive post-IPO performance, with 12.0% for one-day post-IPO, 21.4% for one-week post-IPO, 25.3% for one-month post-IPO and 15.6% for one year post-IPO.[3]

Numis carried out 70 IPOs over the past decade, which ranks #1 out of 231 financial advisers. Numis carried out 351 ECM deals in the past 10 years, which ranks #1 out of 348 financial advisers.[4]

Not done for now: Not sure what you're actually requesting. Your first sentence is actually the opening one for the lede. As for the rest, you haven't provided any independent sourcing, and there are issues (in my opinion) with tone and relevance. PK650 (talk) 04:04, 13 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
