There's a theme certainly, but also several events at different times and places and huge media coverage in reliable sources so that he easily passes the WP:GNG. The Times of London for instance, not prone to exaggeration, described him as having "global notoriety". Philafrenzy (talk) 09:18, 13 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
