This article would really benefit from a photo showing a Yankees player whose appearance is in accord with the policy. Before and after type comparisons like those used in the Wall Street Journal article references would also be interesting. Nick-D (talk) 11:08, 10 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Sometimes the period is outside of quotes (such as the final sentence under "Outside the Yankees.") Please rectify this so the formatting is the same.
Quotes are formatted the way they are because of MOS:LQ: if the entire sentence is quoted, such as the listed out policies, then the period is inside the quote. If only a phrase is taken, such as "well groomed", then the period goes outside of the quotation.
Sometimes the publisher/work is Wikilinked and sometimes it is not (such as Sports Illustrated)

Damn, there are so many good DYK hooks here!
I am glad that this has been expanded so much from when I created it for that back in the day. If any additional assistance is required for the GA, please let me know! The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 20:35, 18 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
HickoryOughtShirt?4 I've responded to both your comments, and I'd like to thank The C of E for the compliment – I did not realize when I stumbled upon this article (by way of Andrew McCutchen) that it was primarily the writing of a still-active user, so I'm glad that you took kindly to my additions. :) — GhostRiver 22:29, 19 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
