It seems to me that this page is in need of someone who is knowledgable about the history of the time. There are numerous references to historical events that coincide or are the same as others, and should be named as they are already in wiki. For example, the Adobe Walls battle: was it the first or second Adobe Walls battle? And the Washita Massacre - why is this relevant to this page?

I did my best to add citations outside of wiki, but this page needs to be cleaned up with reference to historical events within wiki, and I am not an expert in this field by far. There were also a lot of confusing and unclear run on sentences that I tried to clean up. I apologize in advance for getting anything wrong -again, please someone with knowledge of the history please help this page!!! Laura musikanski (talk) 07:25, 26 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
