Brendon Fearon[edit]

Brendon Fearon is an Irish Traveller,Luxey any reason you dont want him on the list? Murry1975 (talk) 17:57, 19 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I dont want fearon on the list because he is a low-life criminal, and is of not represejtative of the vast majority of the gypsy/traveller community anywhere in the british isles. its not fair to a community to propose a burglar as representative of that community.
The list is a list, no only of those who are good representatives of the community. And thats 4 reverts. See WP:IDLI. Murry1975 (talk) 11:39, 20 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

David Essex[edit]

Isn't the singer David Essex or Traveller heritage? I believe he was once either head or patron of a Traveller association (188.147.98.226 (talk) 19:49, 8 April 2020 (UTC))[reply]

Definition of scope[edit]

There's no definition of scope in the lead or elsewhere. Is this for people who born into the culture or does it include those of partial descent either identify or do not? Michael Caine, for example, neither considers himself an Irish traveller nor is widely referred to one, however is of such descent, whereas Pecker Dunne is indeed a traveller and is very widely covered as being one. We need a concrete definition here. UaMaol (talk) 14:09, 4 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
