"the Spanish Ministry of Defense agreed to modernize the Army's AMX-30Es and alloted 155 million dollars" - Why are dollars used here when pesetas were used earlier? Stick with one, preferably the currency in use in Spain at the time.
Any internet source needs full publication information. - title, date, publisher and last access date.
