What should I do?

Don't panic; a discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion, although please review Commons guidelines before doing so.

If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.

UAB Health Services Foundation is NOT a nonprofit org[edit]

I made my account just so I could post this and I haven't actually looked for citation proving my point, but needless to say that University of Alabama Health Services Foundation isn't a nonprofit organization in the slightest. It's a company underneath the UAB umbrella that most certainly turns a profit. HSF is the company that runs The Kirklin Clinic and TKC is one of the largest outpatient facilities in the state. They get MANY patients throughout the day and I can personally verify that HSF makes money, though I can't offer any other verification other than I work for HSF. If anyone is editing this page and will help me understand what kind of proof or verification I need to provide in order to have this error change, it would be great.
