Requested move 23 November 2023[edit]

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.

The result of the move request was: Moved to Johnny Olszewski (politician). Consensus on the politician dab. (closed by non-admin page mover) – robertsky (talk) 06:23, 16 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

John A. Olszewski Jr. → ? – This page is currently named in a way that does not follow WP:COMMONNAME and WP:Middle names. Local media websites write his name as Johnny Olszewski (WBAL, Baltimore Brew, Baltimore County Government) or Johnny Olszewski Jr. (BaltSun, Maryland Matters, WTOP) I feel that the page should be moved to either Johnny Olszewski Jr. or Johnny Olszewski (politician) to fix this issue. Support Johnny Olszewski (politics) per WP:COMMONNAME. 120.28.224.32 (talk) 20:34, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
"(politician)" would be the usual disambiguator. -- Necrothesp (talk) 16:19, 11 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Let's do this, although I'll hold off until the dust is settled from the House primary. That said, off the bat: Queen of Hearts (talk) 04:12, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for reviewing! I’m hoping the primary doesn’t take as long as I think it might, but I also have a feeling that we won’t have to worry about that affecting the review of this page too much as the MD-02 primary will probably be called later tonight or early tomorrow. I've also adjusted the lead to closer match what you've written in your review so far. Please let me know if anything else should be changed. Thanks again! Y2hyaXM (talk) 13:03, 14 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
