I was incredibly skeptical of this claim upon reading it given how big dairy cattle production is. After searching it appears to be not even close to being true. https://www.fao.org/dairy-production-products/production/dairy-animals/en/ I recognise that is is a quote/relates to what the event itself claimed but should there not be a note or something in brackets to inform the reader that this claim is false?
