flickr free computer media players[edit]
Does any of the media players on the computer use flicker-free like technology?--78.49.29.134 (talk) 16:48, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
The article contains factual errors - LCD monitors do produce flicker, because they use PWM controlled backlight to implement dimming. The effect is more pronounced on modern LED backlit LCD, because LEDs react faster to changes in current. Many users have reported eye strain, nausea, headaches and other problems.
