How to translate from Latin to English the following sentences by Martens (1860) to accomplish the description?

superiores lineis elevatis spiralibus, nonnullis obsolescentibus sculpti, ultimus cingulo tumido mediano munitus

With upper spiral lines, some (are) obsolescently sculptured, the last one provided with a single swollen whorl

peristoma rectum, crassum, obtusum, extus scepius nigricans.

the peristome is straight, thick, blunt, often outwardly blackish
